Sapphire 10 For Mac Os X 10.10

I built a Hackintosh about a month ago and after a few attempts at booting Mac OS Sierra onto my Kaby Lake PC that I built I managed to get it going.
I have managed to get around the Kaby Lake incompatibility with a fake CPU ID kext and I managed to get an Intel 600p 512GB NVME SSD going with an NVME kext, however the most prevalent issue is my graphics card.
I have a Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8GB Reference card and my Mac does not recognize it.
I have found several guides that told me that I could find AMDRadeonX4100.kext in the Extensions folder, however I could neither find said kext or find an online download link.
Currently, in 'About This Mac' under graphics it says 'Display 8MB'.
Any help would be appreciated.
